Let's learn more about Railroading in 1913 Petoskey!

Join us on Monday, October 28, from 7-8pm, in the upper level of the Carnegie Building for the Friends of the Petoskey Public Library's monthly speaker series!

Dave Comer, president of Historic Railroads of Northern Michigan, will give a presentation on his club and its ongoing projects that have revealed more about early Petoskey history. The group of volunteers has recreated railroading in Petoskey in a to-scale replica reminiscent of the summer of 1913, with trains also representative of the equipment used in 1913. Join us to learn more about the model train club and what they’ve come to learn about Petoskey while building out the 1913 display. Image removed.
