String players of all abilities are welcome to join our small orchestra. The Lake Street Ensemble meets weekly at the Carnegie Building (upper level). Those attending play a variety of music and just have fun.

Join other chess enthusiasts for our new Adult Chess Club. No membership needed -- just drop in and play! The Library will provide a few chess sets, but feel free to bring your own set, if you'd like.

Join the PUPs (Petoskey Ukulele Players), a group of amateur, self-taught musicians every Thursday afternoon from 12:30pm to 3:00pm in the Lower Level Classroom. The program is open to new members of all ages and skill levels.

Looking to join in on the popular game of Mah Jongg? EVERY TUESDAY from 1:00-3:00pm, we have the Lower Level Classroom set up for Mah Jongg games for players to drop in and join a game.

Stop in and join our wonderful group of knitters and crocheters every Wednesday, from 1:00-3:00pm in the Library’s Large Meeting Room. This is for any age and level of expertise, though it’s best to have some basic skills.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! We hope you’ll join us and the Petoskey Ukulele Players for a SING-ALONG on Saturday, December 6, at 2:00pm in the upper level of the Carnegie Building.

Learn to play chess or play against others. Young people ages 8–18 are welcome to drop in. Chess Club is mentored by Robert Bemben, Robin Ray and Adam Masek.

Calling all tween/teen fans of anime and manga! Anime club is for fans in 7th-12th grades and features activities, snacks, and anime (of course)! 

Join us for a brand new program! The PDL Teen Think Tank is your opportunity to join with other teens to help plan and create the services, programs, and collections that you want in the library!

Come join us for a sing-along of Annie on Thursday, December 4, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the upper level of the Carnegie Building! We'll be watching the 1982 version of Annie and you are invited to sing along.

People ages 20-40 are invited to "A Third Place" on the first and third Tuesdays of the month in the upper level of the Carnegie Building from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
