National Library Week - Drawing Workshop

Celebrate National Library Week! This year's theme is Drawn to the Library.

Join artist Patrick Wise for an hour-long basic drawing workshop. This program is suitable for most ages. Families welcome. Registration is not required, seating is limited. 

Patrick Wise is a representational painter whose deep connection to landscapes, people, and nature is reflected in his artwork. Influenced by the beauty of northern Michigan and his upbringing in Petoskey, Patrick’s paintings capture both emotion and place. He holds a Master of Arts from Wayne State University in Detroit and is an award-winning painter as well as a college professor. Currently, he continues to draw and paint, finding endless inspiration in the people and landscapes of northern Michigan.
