Join the Friends of the Petoskey Public Library on the fourth Monday of each month for their Carnegie Speaker Series.

Learn about the teaching abroad process in a presentation by local retired teachers Sue and Brad Moffatt on Monday, November 24, at 7:00pm, in the upper level of the Carnegie Building for the Friends of the Library’s last speaker series in 2025. The Moffatts will share some of the incredible adventures they experienced, both in Morocco and Asia, and discuss how raising Third Culture Kids (TCKs) shaped their worldview and their children’s. TCKs are individuals who spent a significant part of their developmental years living outside their parents’ home country.
