Join us for a special Exploring Creativity program with local artist and illustrator Betsy Petersen on Saturday, November 15, beginning at 2:00pm in the upper level of the Carnegie Building!
This afternoon program with Betsy is another event celebrating the life and work of Jane Austen, in honor of her 250th birthday! Betsy will spotlight some popular art mediums and artists of the British Regency Era (1795-1835) in which Jane Austen centered her stories. Then Betsy will guide us in creating our own little art project that Jane Austen might have been impressed with, or at least, we'll have fun trying! Class size is limited and registration is required.
