Join Petoskey District Library and Emlia Acres as we celebrate Jane Austen's 250th birthday! In honor of the birthday lady, we will be learning how to make a posy bouquet. Posy bouquets were a social must in the Regency and Victorian eras. Each flower had meaning, plus the pleasing fragrance was important at a time when hygiene was not as advanced as today.
This is the first in a series of programs celebrating Jane Austen's 250th birthday.
