Program Description
Event Details
Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn more about backyard composting. Emmet County Recycling’s Lindsey Walker and Noelle Behling will provide information on the best composting practices to help you turn yard waste and food scraps into nutrient-rich soil in this interactive free workshop. Registration is required and limited to 20 people.
Note: All participants will receive a free kitchen caddy for food scrap collection and will also be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a compost bin at the end of the workshop!
