Chess Tournament

Petoskey Chess Club has returned to the Carnegie Building for their monthly chess tournaments. (The Carnegie Building is located across the street from the library at 451 Mitchell Street. Use the entrance at Bidwell Plaza and take the stairs or elevator up to the Carnegie's upper level.) Doors open at 5:00pm with games starting at 5:30pm.

The Swiss-style tournaments are rated by the U.S. Chess Federation (USCF). Competitors of all skill levels ages 8-18 are invited to participate, but membership in the USCF is required. For more information email Robert Bemben, rjbemben@gmail.com.
