DESCRIPTION:Petoskey Chess Club holds its monthly chess tournaments at the
  Carnegie Building. (The Carnegie Building is located across the street fr
 om the library at 451 Mitchell Street. Use the entrance at Bidwell Plaza a
 nd take the stairs or elevator up to the Carnegie's upper level.) Doo
 rs open at 5:30pm with games starting at 6:00pm.The Swiss-style tournament
 s are rated by the U.S. Chess Federation (USCF). Competitors of all skill 
 levels ages 8-18 are invited to participate, but membership in the USCF is
